1. OUR SERVICES

SyncRevenue provides AI-powered automation tools and marketing services for small and local businesses. This includes review automation, lead enrichment, missed-call text-back, and other tools to help businesses grow and scale.

Our Services are offered on a no-contract, cancel-anytime basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and platform—including logos, scripts, automations, text, and visuals—belongs to us or our partners. You may not copy, modify, or resell anything without written permission.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Services, you confirm:

You’re over 18 or have legal permission to enter contracts. You won’t use our platform for spam, fraud, or anything illegal. You won’t misuse automation tools to harass or mislead others.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee results. We are not liable for any losses, revenue drops, or damages caused by using our Services.
