This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from users (each, a "User" or "Client") of the Sync Revenue website (the "Site").

We collect information to effectively match you with franchise opportunities that fit your goals.

  • Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
  • Professional & Financial Information: Employment history, net worth, liquid capital, and investment goals.
  • Veteran Status: As a specialized veteran consulting firm, we may collect information regarding your military service (e.g., branch, years of service) to identify specific franchise discounts, financing incentives, or "VetFran" opportunities available to you.
  • Technical & Attribution Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring website, and marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) when you visit our Site. See Section 8 for cookie details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Franchise Matching: To analyze your profile and identify franchise concepts that align with your skills, finances, and lifestyle.
  • Communication: To contact you via email, phone, or text regarding appointments, franchise presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Partnership Coordination: To facilitate introductions between you and franchisors or funding partners (such as the IFPG network).

4. SMS & Text Messaging Compliance (A2P 10DLC)

We value your privacy and strictly adhere to carrier regulations regarding SMS marketing.

  • Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our forms, you explicitly consent to receive SMS communications from Sync Revenue.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
  • No Mobile Data Sharing: Mobile information will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sharing Your Information

We are a "Matching Service." To perform our services, we must share your data with specific partners:

  • Franchisors: We share your contact and professional profile with specific Franchise Systems only after we have discussed them with you and you have expressed interest.
  • Franchise Networks: We utilize the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) and other industry networks to source opportunities.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business.

6. Your Privacy Rights (Texas, California & Other States)

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Oregon, residents of these states have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are processing your personal data.
  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you.
  • Opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of the above rights.

We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for California residents.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

8. Cookies, Tracking & Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors find us, measure campaign performance, and (in the future) deliver relevant advertising. These technologies fall into the following categories:
